Well, it has almost been 6 months in the planning, but the time has finally arrived. Both Nikki and I have taken an unique opportunity that came our way. It was not an easy decision and has taken considerable time and resources to get ourselves ready, but by setting up our own practice we are able to achieve several goals:

• Continue to do a job that we love.
• Make decisions quickly in order to benefit patients and clients.
• Utilise the most up to date equipment and technology available – enhancing clinical care.
• Be in control of how a veterinary practice is run.
• Be more transparent about how are industry is run.
• Give clients an opportunity to get involved in how our practice is run.
