Picture our predicament – you drive around for years in a company car supplied by your practice, then you finally take the plunge and set up on your own…. time to buy a ‘vets’ car… but which one?

Well we thought we knew what cars we were going to purchase and an order was placed in Oct 2014. However as with everything in life, occasionally a hurdle is put in front of you – and what a big hurdle! We have no issue admitting that less than 4 weeks before we were due to start our new job we had a car supply issue! You could imagine the degree of stress that this may have put on a new venture – in fact it was a blessing in disguise! ( Also we have to admit it was character building 🙂 )

With weeks to go we set out on finding suitable replacements and with that ( plus several recommendations we must add!) came along the Dacia Duster. Dacia ? Duster ? We hear you say! This was probably one of the first set of words that came out of Ricks mouth as well. However, these compact, economical, 4 wheel drive SUV’s are the perfect ambulatory vets car & we love them.

Therefore get used to seeing the new mobile face of Farr and Pursey Equine!
